Matt graduated from North Carolina State University in 2001. In the almost two decades since, he's carefully built the company, which now includes multiple full-time employees who work on sites across the Carolinas and Virginia.

Whether Matt's on a job site or working at the shop, his assistant manager, Carter, is nearby, always coming up with unique ways to give Matt a helping hand (er, paw).
